At Janus Lasting, each client relationship is built on a customised engagement, tailored to the unique needs, scope, and goals of the project. As such, all work is governed by a separate, individual Client Agreement, which outlines the specific terms related to services, deliverables, timelines, fees, and refund or cancellation conditions.
Because our services are strategic and consultative in nature, and often involve dedicated time and planning, refunds are generally not offered unless explicitly stated in the signed Client Agreement. This approach ensures clarity and fairness for both parties.
